OUR PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
Celtic Concierge’s virtual & on-site personal assistant programs assigns one of our virtual or personal assistants to work specifically for each of our clients in a customized program. Our dedicated virtual/personal assistants will work directly with clients to better understand their project requirements, working style, and client preferences. All of our dedicated virtual assistants provide clients with individualized and personalized attention to detail while following up diligently on each and every task assigned to them.
All of our dedicated virtual/personal assistants are college graduates, fluent in English and are accessible in person (must be on-site) by email, instant messenger and phone at the times/days that you specify as dedicated working hours. As skilled graduates, our virtual & personal assistants specialize in a variety of service areas including but not limited to:

In addition to dedicated personal/virtual assistants, Celtic Concierge employs a unique primary/secondary (backup) system for all virtual assistant programs. While clients will always work with their own dedicated virtual/personal assistants, in the unlikely event that your virtual assistant is unavailable/out of the office, a backup/secondary virtual assistant who has been briefed on the client’s requirements is available to complete tasks and provide seamless coverage until the primary virtual assistant is available.

2) Where are virtual/personal assistants located?
As Celtic Concierge works in a variety of locations around the world we have virtual an on-site personal assistants available in a variety of locales to accommodate the needs of our worldwide clientele. On-site personal assistants are located at customer specific locations required by our clients. Our virtual assistants are located in a number of locales including but not limited to the United Kingdom, the U.S.A, India, U.A.E, and other locations. Should you require virtual assistants closer to your specific locale we can arrange for customer specific requests.
3) What data security precautions are taken?
Our facilities boast exceptional redundancy and technical hardware, housed among four peerless data centers across the United States in California and New York. Our server facilities offer a fully reliable, secure, and controlled environment for our servers and client data. In addition to 24 hour security services, physical office security and security controls, all of our personal & virtual assistants are required to sign non-disclosure agreements when taking on any new client programs.
4) How can virtual assistants be contacted?
When setting up new client programs, Celtic Concierge assigns dedicated local numbers to each virtual assistant so that clients are able to reach their virtual assistant using local numbers. All of our assistants are also reachable via email and instant messenger services.
